Organizational Psychologist, MSc, DESS Geneva University, qualified in emergency psychology (FSP), Frédéric holds a postgraduate certificate in executive coaching from Hult Ashridge International Business School and an executive master’s degree in consulting and coaching for change from INSEAD.
Focused on the human dimensions of organizations to foster conscious and responsible leadership, Frédéric has built his leadership and organizational development practice through twenty years of corporate life experience, including with renowned global companies in the luxury industry and with one of the world’s leading executive search and talent management solutions provider.
He has created and delivered innovative and experiential leadership development programs to senior leadership at a global level, assessed internal and external candidates for senior executive roles, and consulted and coached hundreds of corporate executives, one-to-one and in groups, across Europe, the US and Asia.
Prior to launching his private coaching and consulting practice, Frédéric was responsible for leadership development and organizational change for a family-owned company in the high-end watch industry in Geneva, where he designed and led the implementation of integrated talent and performance management processes and tools, working closely with the members of the management committee.
Frédéric works in English and French, face-to-face and online.
A native of Switzerland with extended family in Spain, the US, and the Dominican Republic, Frédéric lives with his wife in Geneva, Switzerland.
